If you don’t have all files available, please send what you have and we’ll work together to resolve anything additional required. Bill of materials – MS word, pdf or text format preferred. Gerber Files – These are the printed circuit board layer image files. RS-274X format is preferred. PCB fabrication drawing – Drawings or documents explaining the PCB manufacturing requirements such as material, thickness, copper weight, tolerances, etc. PCB drill files – The files that identify the locations & sizes of the all the holes in the printed circuit board. Mechanical drawings (enclosures, brackets, etc necessary for the product) – Dwg or Dxf formats preferred. Electrical schematics. Assembly drawings or procedures. Test procedures or test fixture documentation. Written product requirements or operation notes. 3D part files – IGES, STEP or STL format preferred.
